How it works for businesses

1. Apply. Add your company details, registration documents, your Payfast merchant ID and the areas you cover.
2. Get approved. Our team reviews your details and documents. We email you when you are approved.
3. Quote on jobs. You see the job details (size, date, suburb) and send a quote. Up to four businesses can quote on each request.
4. Get booked. When a customer accepts your quote and pays the 30% deposit, you receive their contact details to arrange the job.
5. The customer pays the balance through ProScope before the work starts, so you know the full price is paid before you begin.
6. Get paid after the job. Once you and the customer have both confirmed the job is done, you are paid the job price less ProScope's commission.

What it costs

Joining is free. ProScope earns a commission of 15% of the agreed job price, only on jobs you complete. You receive a commission invoice for every completed job, and your Earnings page shows each payout. The full details are in the Terms for Businesses.

What we ask of you

• Keep all communication with customers on ProScope until a booking is confirmed, and never take payment directly for a ProScope job.
• Quote honestly and turn up as agreed. If you cannot do a job, tell us straight away: the customer is refunded and no payout is due.
