What to expect

Describe the size of your move, the date and where you are moving from and to.
Up to four approved movers send you a quote.
Chat with them in ProScope, then book the one that suits you with a 30% deposit through Payfast.
Pay the balance through ProScope before moving day. Please do not pay the mover directly.

If your plans change

Cancel from your booking page. Before the cutoff (48 hours before your move starts), a cancellation charge of 30% of the deposit applies and the rest is refunded. After the cutoff, the deposit is not refundable. If the mover cancels or does not arrive, everything you paid is refunded. See our Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

Your details stay private

Movers see the size, date and suburbs of your move, not your name, number or exact address, until you book.
